*FG = firm ground. AG = artificial grass.
Recommended Equipment
Coach notes on the gear questions families ask most often.
Shin Guards Use full-size shin guards with real coverage. Mini shin guards are not acceptable for practices or games.
Hybrid Cleats A hybrid FG/AG pair is the best default for players moving between artificial grass, turf, and natural grass.
Goalkeeper Gloves Recommended only for players who regularly train in goal or may rotate into goalkeeper duties.
